INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

pursuant to art. 49, par. 4 of D.Lgs. n. No. 206/2005

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract, without providing any reasons, within 14 days from the day the products are delivered. In the case of goods from a single order delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the date the last product is delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you simply need to send a communication by registered mail with return receipt to:

indicating your intention to withdraw from the contract through an explicit declaration.

Although it is not mandatory, you may use the standard withdrawal form provided below to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Exclusion Cases

In accordance with art. 59 of D.Lgs. n. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded for orders concerning:

Products made to measure or customized;
Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, all payments made to us, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by Dagiù), will be refunded.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the receipt of your communication of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction (unless otherwise agreed) and without any additional costs as a result of the refund. In the case of a product purchased with a Gift Card, only the excess amount paid in cash will be refunded, while a new electronic voucher will be issued for the value of the Gift Card, valid for 12 months from issuance.

However, refunds may be suspended until the returned products are received by Dagiù or, if earlier, until proof of shipment of the goods is provided by the Customer. In the case of a Gift Card, since no physical goods are to be returned, the refund will be processed after verification that the Gift Card has not been used, even partially.

The received goods must be returned or delivered without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date you communicated your intention to withdraw from the contract to the following address:

The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer, who will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the products.

Other Refund Cases

Partial or total reimbursement of payments made by the Customer will also be provided in cases where orders have been placed for products that are no longer available and the Customer has not consented to a substitution, as well as in cases where, despite an agreement to replace one or more Products, a positive balance remains payable to the Customer.
