Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

For shipments to Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Spain, the shipping costs amount to €.9.99.

For shipments to Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Hungary, the shipping costs amount to €.14.99.

For countries using the Euro, free shipping is available for orders equal to or exceeding EUR 100.00.

Free shipping is also available in the following cases:

• Bulgaria: orders equal to or exceeding BGN 195,00

• Denmark: orders equal to or exceeding DKK 740,00

• Poland: orders equal to or exceeding PLN 420,00

• Czech Republic: orders equal to or exceeding CZK 2.500,00

• Romania: orders equal to or exceeding RON 490,00

• Sweden: orders equal to or exceeding SEK 1.130,00

• Hungary: orders equal to or exceeding HUF 39.000,00

Delivery typically takes between 4 and 9 business days from the receipt of the email confirming the acceptance of the order and shipment, and in any case within 30 days of such receipt.

Dagiù is not responsible for delays in deliveries that are unforeseeable or not attributable to it, nor for any damage, loss, costs, incorrect and/or non-delivery of the Products caused by force majeure or unforeseen events.
