Carob syrup

Made according to tradition, Dolci Evasioni carob syrup will surprise you with its properties and culinary versatility. Only Sicilian carob beans . Naturally sweet and dense.

Dolci Evasioni carob syrup is made exclusively with Sicilian carob beans and contains nothing other than the water needed to prepare the infusion. Its sweetness comes from the sugar naturally present in the fruit.

We prepare it in our laboratory inside the Syracuse prison according to our grandparents' traditional recipe, infusing crushed carob beans for several hours. The product is then reduced over the heat until the perfect balance of flavor and texture is achieved.

Ingredients:

Carob pulp extract* (32%), water.
*From organic farming.
May contain traces of eggs , sesame , almonds and pistachios.
