The plum is a fruit that ripens in the hot summer sun to be ready for harvesting at the end of August. It is a juicy and generous fruit with nutritional properties, as well as very versatile.
To make this jam we used only grape sugar and used 109 grams of fruit per 100 grams of product.
In addition to the usual uses for a jam, we also recommend pairing it with ricotta or slightly mature cheeses.
