Our friarielli in oil. In the rest of Italy, they are known as turnip tops, but here in Naples, they are friarielli. We preserve them in sunflower oil, adding just a pinch of salt, garlic, and chili pepper. It's our "Marchese" with a noble and authentic flavor.
Ingredients: Friarielli broccoli, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, and chili pepper.
