Made with fresh zucchini, Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano PDO, it’s enriched with a small family twist: a hint of mint that enhances its freshness without altering its balance. INGREDIENTS: Zucchini (94%), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet), Grana Padano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme from EGG), stretched-curd cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, garlic, basil, mint.
A velvety, aromatic sauce with a full-bodied flavor, perfect for dressing and tossing pasta, as well as for filling more creative preparations like pizzas, focaccia, or savory pastries.
Our tip: toss off the heat with plenty of Provolone del Monaco PDO to achieve the creamy texture typical of the original dish.
