Grown in the company's fields on the slopes of Gargano and harvested entirely by hand, the fresh broccoli are processed together with anchovies to create an organic broccoli and anchovy pesto that enhances the flavors and aromas of the ingredients used. With a strong and genuine flavor , this Bio Orto product is a true hymn to the tradition of typical condiments from Puglia.

Ingredients : Organic broccoli (56%), Organic EVO oil, anchovy paste* (1.1%), salt, Organic garlic, Organic chilli pepper, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid.

Pairings : ideal as a pasta sauce or to pair with less salty dishes such as quiche Lorraine or cream of potatoes.

Storage : store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of light and heat, protected from sunlight. After opening, store the product in the refrigerator, covered with oil and consume within 5 days.
