The Testa Conserve Red Tuna Buzzonaglia Sauce celebrates buzzonaglia, the part of the red tuna (Thunnus thynnus) located near the backbone, close to the belly and collar. This part of the tuna is characterized by a dark color and intense flavor. The buzzonaglia, caught in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO Areas 37.2.2 and 37.1.3), is processed artisanally and combined with high-quality tomato sauce, creating a sauce with a rich and robust taste.
