INGREDIENTS: Tomato purée (55%), pork (17.8%), beef (8.2%), extra virgin olive oil, double-concentrated tomato paste, red wine (SULPHITES), onions, lard, basil, salt.
A rich sauce with a bold, lingering flavor, perfect for dressing pasta but also outstanding when enjoyed with rustic bread for the most Neapolitan of scarpette.
Our tip: heat it over medium flame for no more than 2 minutes, stirring gently until smooth and ready to embrace the pasta.
