Dolci Evasioni herb-flavoured salt is the result of a meticulous blend of sea salt from the WWF Trapani Nature Reserve , our aromatic herbs grown in the heart of the Iblei Mountains and dried Syracuse PGI lemon peel .
A solidarity salt
Thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano...The aromatic herbs are carefully grown, harvested, and processed by the people involved in our social agriculture project , Frutti degli Iblei . In this way, the L'Arcolaio cooperative creates social and work placement programs for vulnerable people, particularly former prisoners and young migrants, through the recovery and enhancement of the Iblean region.
