As per "Dolci Evasioni" tradition, colorants and preservatives are banned: the color of these sweets comes naturally from the pistachios in the dough.

In addition to pistachios, all the raw materials for our almond pastes are carefully selected for quality and provenance: the almonds are 100% Sicilian , while the cane sugar and honey are fair trade .
