We harvest the most beautiful, tender, and healthy leaves that grow wild on the pristine land of our social agriculture project, Frutti degli Iblei , and transport them the same day to our laboratory. Here, our experts blanch them and blend them with extra virgin olive oil and 100% Sicilian almonds. To further enhance the flavor, we add "caporalato-free" tomatoes dried in our laboratory, a pinch of our own rosemary, and lemon zest . To preserve it, we use apple cider vinegar, balanced with a pinch of fair-trade cane sugar, and a pinch of sea salt from the WWF Trapani Nature Reserve .
