Our journey began exactly there, back in 1978, in a countryside home in Solarino, nestled among the Iblei Mountains. From a simple yet genuine dream: to preserve not only authentic ingredients, but also emotions, memories, and family bonds inside a jar.
What once was the kitchen of our home has now become our workshop: a place where recipes handed down through generations are brought to life, turning into preserves that capture the essence of Sicily in every taste.

Our daily work is more than production: it’s an act of love. We are guided by values that have always shaped our family and our craft—artisanship, quality, care, patience, awareness, transparency. And above all: tradition and family.
