Materia was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to give voice to territories, producers, and ingredients that rarely find their place on supermarket shelves. During our travels, we noticed the same brands and labels repeating everywhere. That’s when the idea came: to create an alternative supply chain—fairer, more human, and truly able to tell the story of our land.

We work only with small-scale farmers who use regenerative or low-impact practices. Every ingredient comes from real relationships, cultivated with care and locally transformed to reduce waste and unnecessary transport.

Each Materia jar is crafted with artisanal care and a touch of creativity: we love experimenting with lesser-known ingredients and unique pairings.
But our greatest pride lies in growing together with our producers. We start with small batches and expand only if a product works, ensuring that their work finds new opportunities. Materia becomes a bridge—between present and future, between fields and tables, between people and community.

We visit our farmers regularly, follow their harvests, and observe the rhythms of the seasons. We produce in small batches to guarantee freshness and full control. Every ingredient is precisely traced and openly shared with our community.
We’ve even created an Instagram group chat where we share live updates from the fields and seasonal curiosities, because for us, transparency is part of quality.
