This traditional pizza dough recipe creates the perfect base for a delicious homemade pizza. Made with just a few simple ingredients—type 0 flour, water, yeast, and olive oil—the dough is left to rise slowly for 16-18 hours, resulting in a light, airy crust with a subtle chew. After resting, the dough is divided into individual portions, ready to be stretched, topped with your favorite ingredients, and baked to perfection. Whether you're making classic margherita or experimenting with gourmet toppings, this recipe ensures a flavorful, authentic pizza experience every time.
