Valdibella grows lentils and other legumes in rotation with ancient grains. In this way they are able to regenerate and enrich the soil with nitrogen without other external contributions. Same resources also with regards to nutrition: their contribution of proteins and fibers make it a food rich in nutrients as well as taste.

Leave to soak for 4 hours and cook for 30 minutes.
