Organic Modican Chocolate with Orange – The aromatic notes of Nacional cocoa find a delightful contrast in Rossella with the enduring presence of red orange peels.
We use the Sanguinello variety, an ancient variety that grows late from February to April and is now forgotten by the mass market. It features a red peel, rich in essential oils and highly aromatic.
